in hopes of finding culinary happiness through souffles i decided to try one
it was harder than i thought
the top rose the last few minutes in the oven
and as i removed it
ploooff
it fell down
oh well at least it still tasted good
maybe it was the dish i used?
bah- ill try it again
but maybe a dessert souffle next
do you have any great souffle advice?
would love to hear it!!!
