roast chicken

thank you again martha
the roast chicken was beautiful and delicious 
and it was my first time making it
what a miracle

roasted in a 9x13 pyrex pan then transferred to a vintage homestead pyrex dish 

butter, salt & pepper, garlic, rosemary, and lemon

crispy skin


the leftover browned bits and juices made a terrific gravy
