a time for macaroons

 before the cake, before the doughnut, before the cupcake, there was
the macaroon

what has been keeping me from making these?
01. a very dusty unfinished kitchen on my side
02. almond flour- grinding almonds myself doesn't sound very fun
03. flavor choices- its a rainbow- i haven't a clue where to start- maybe true vanilla 
04. time?!
05. the fact that these are macaroons- from what i hear of other baker's experiences its a challenge
